Shipping Policy

 

  1. Shipping is free on purchases within India.
  2. Shipping charges/Cash-handling charge of ₹150 is applicable for all COD orders.
  3. We try to ship orders within 3 working days, but some pieces may be made to order and will be mentioned as such. 
  4. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at info.bilola@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
  5. Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order.
